What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the property address, your name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to give us about the property — its condition, whether anyone is living there, repairs it needs, what you’re hoping to get for it, and your reason for selling.

How we use it

We use it to evaluate the property, prepare an offer, and contact you about that offer. We record when and where you gave consent to be contacted, because we are required to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our customer records system, phone and messaging provider, and website host — and only so they can perform that service for us. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Text messages

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on our About page and we’ll handle it.
